ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has issued notices to Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and other parties on the constitutional petitions filed by PTI, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Sheikh Rashid seeking PM disqualification on Panama Papers Leaks.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Anwar Zaheer Jamali took up for hearing 5 different petitions on Panama Leaks issue Thursday.
Barrister Zafar Ullah said that judicial commission should not be allowed to be constituted. Parliament is there and these people should go there.

CJP remarked “you people want us to do this job too. We will not indulge in any political matter. But if administration fails to give their rights to the citizens then we will interfere. We will take any decision about constitution of judicial commission on Panama leaks after hearing the parties concerned.
